crime and punishment
So, John and I were watching this clip about 80s cartoons and had an idea. (Editted so you don't have to read our OMGing over cartoons.)
John: I love the premise. ex-cartoon star is a cop now
nutmeg: lol
nutmeg: we need to get an ex-something to be a cop in Gondolin
John: gondolin could use a cop
John: Beregond might make a good cop?
nutmeg: and Beregond would be a fab cop
John: toss in something like 'or totally unlikely person who's lost it all and became a cop!'
It might be nice to have someone who'll oppose the various crime lords, since Turgon seems pretty cool about it and could probably be pretty easily paid off to look the other way. (Ass.)
John: we really do need some cops

John: man, CSI: Gondolin
nutmeg: Turgon's just like "eh, it's not a big problem"
