"What you eat in a typical day" meme
I just invented this one.
I'd love to hear what you eat!
What does a typical day of food consumption look like for you?
Here's mine:
8 am: 1 apple, 1 egg cooked omelette style with just olive oil
9 am: black tea
10am: nuts of some kind
11am: salad comprised of spinach, cucumbers, bell pepper and more nuts and/or seeds
noon: coffee or more tea
4pm: cheese and crackers, or maybe some hummus and carrots or salsa and chips
5:30pm: something dinner-shaped...probably involving chicken, beans or Thai food delivery
>Occasional insertion of red wine or rum cocktail
10:00pm: nuts (again! I'm a squirrel), crackers, maybe citrus
