Pandora Hearts Challenge Day 26

Not entirely random actually. It's one I want to discuss from Retrace 35. Alice's hand is bleeding and she says "It'll be fine if I lick it." An apparently insignificant thing -- or is it? Follow me on this disjointed logic train and let me know what you think:
--Alice was locked in Baskerville tower, and kinda resembles Glen Baskerville, so...she was probably a Baskerville
--Lottie Baskerville also licks her wounds
--The Baskervilles are now known to have self-healing abilities
So...does this mean Alice has self-healing powers, too? And if so, how might that play out in the upcoming chapters, hmm? And historically speaking, could this explain why she was "killed" back when she was human, but apparently didn't die?
