Running

In an effort to get into shape for the upcoming softball season and just to get into better shape in general, I started running. Right now I don't really go that far, just around the block. It comes out to about to about 20 blocks total and is probably a little less than a mile. Yesterday was the third time going around. I went two times last week. It is getting easier already and today my legs are not sore at all. I think I will practice this one a few more times then extend it to somewhere more interesting. Maybe a 2 mile course through cowen/ravenna park.
