Ate a medium tomato (35 calories) and am about to eat some raspberries.  That'll bring my day's total to ~275 calories (I don't believe in negative calories).  I think I should hit the stair machine again first, though.  Try for another 300 calories.

Edit: another 60 gone.  Whew, am I tired.  I'm going out dancing tonight, so hopefully that'll burn off a few calories.  I'll try to just have one rum and diet coke.
