Oh, jeez! Is it really the last day of the year already? If 2009 was the best year of my life and 2010 was one of the worst, 2011 was really not that bad. I'm hoping 2012 can pick up the slack and be a very, very good year indeed! And, needless to say, not the last year of our lives...
But as is the tradition, I need to share with you my new years resolutions for 2012!
- Be less judgmental and snobby, or at least try to overcome it in the long run.
- Go on a diet and eat healthier, look for excuses to sneak a little more exercise in.
- Keep car clean.
- Save money.
- Be more responsible.
- Practice the ukulele.
- Spend less on self, give more.
Now let's me look back on
last year's resolutions and see how well I did.
- Save Money!
- Let hair grow out (I only want to cut it short again when I graduate) (It's already quite long!)
- Read More Books!!! (I read at least 50 books)
- Buy Less Books!!!
- Buy Less Clothes!!!
- Watch what you eat - lean more towards vegetarian foods whenever possible. (Damn you, Bacon!!) (Am now a vegetarian!!)
- Stop skipping mass.
- Say a rosary at least once a week - once a day would be preferred, but let's not expect any miracles shall we?
- Start writing in your (notebook) journal again :(
- Visit Grandparents on Sundays.
- Be happier, stop having nervous fits, be nicer. (I did have a spell where my nervous fits got the better of me, but I over came it. Now I smile all the time!)
