1. i want to be back at school like 97% of the 18-22 year old population.
2. everyone is gone, minus delia & a few others 25 minutes away in edwardsville.
3. because everyone has pretty much vacated this neck of the woods, i am forced to "hang ten" with patty & pat. and all that is ever on the fucking television is sports center or lifetime, namely the fantasia barrino: life is not a fairytale movie. and then tonight i find my mom watching another lifetime movie, this time starring diana ross and brandy?!!? ughh.
4. my mom cuts hair for a woman she used to work with and she came over tonight to get her ends trimmed. now, everytime this woman comes over, my brother and i bolt to our rooms because the bitch talks like no one i've ever heard before. i mean, really... she has some lively stories to tell. well, her story this evening was about how she bought her 17-year-old niece a pint of vodka from quik trip to bribe her to put down the crack pipe. she said that was her only option because she didn't know what to do in order to make her listen. how do i know this story? because i crack my bedroom door and listen to my mom snipping the scissors as this broad goes on and on about her family woes. she also informs my mom that the 17-year-old girl gets the crack from her mother's boyfriend, who the young girl is convieniently sleeping with as well.
