Dreams that seemed real

Dreamt last night about taking Izabella (the cat) to the grocery store with me, with no concept of the notion that the store wouldn't want her there but knowing i shouldn't have her out and flaunted; in the dream, i was wearing a long coat or perhaps (gasp) a skirt and she spent the whole time twined around my legs or held in my arms. I woke up after we left the store, and then drifted off to sleep again, and in *that* dream had a conversation with Surly about how weird the previous dream was: "If you'd taken her to the store she would have jumped out from under your skirt/coat and pounced on all the shopping ladies walking by."

Dreamt at some other point that we walked outside (among other things--can't remember the context now) and in the backyard were several deer--a couple of does and three or four young bucks--they had branches on their antlers, but not very many, so in my dream they were two year olds. Then, suddenly, a grey coyote appeared right next to one of the does, and all the other deer took off running. The coyote harried the doe a little bit, but not nearly as much as you'd expect, until the doe turned into a spikebuck and started to fight back with her spear-shaped horns.

Today is moving boxes and studying for this week's test, and in general trying to recover from the crazy and exhaustion that was yesterday and friday. Updates later, when there's time.
