Heh...
So, i've had Marvin (Surly's computer) cycling through my Muppaphone pictures as the desktop background. However, i've only got something like 400 of them, so it started to get old. So now i've got it cycling through my Nikon (aka the big damn camera of doom) pics, which are all, well, huge.
And apparently the desktop background picture selector takes these pictures at their word, and is faithfully reproducing them--right off the edges of the screen.
Which is awesome.
The first pic was a closeup of a mess of sticks i'd taken in the backyard--i can't recognize it for the trees, so to speak, but it looks like a bunch of branches off of one of the tangled bushes out back. When it's all splayed out across the screen, it looks pretty cool.
However, my second pic actually made me laugh out loud...as i now have a life sized or larger pic of squishymeister's monkeyface filling my desktop. Rock!1
