in the passenger seat as you are driving me home
last night i found my 13 year old sister's myspace profile and was horrified at what i saw. contents including: a picture of her up against a car with her thong hanging out of the back of her pants, sexually explicit comments from boys etc. i don't think i've ever been so distraught in my life. i tried to deal with it on my own and i wrote her a lengthy e-mail expressing my disappointent in the fact that she would degrade herself to fit in with her friends. after that i e-mailed my cousin who is very close to my sister and i and explained the situation and asked if she could talk to my sister and talk some sense into her. my cousin looked at her myspace profile while we were on the phone and immediately said that if i didn't tell my mother, then she was going to. she said that from an adult's point of view my mother needed to know what was going on with natasha because she was obviously out of control. i couldn't bring myself to do it so pamela called my mom and told her what was going on. needless to say my mother flipped shit and my sister is in A LOT of trouble. i feel sorry for natasha because i know she's just trying to fit in with her friends but i was so upset at the content of her profile that something had to be done about it. my mom is going to call the catholic school in their area to try and get my sister transferred ASAP. my sister's friends are all complete garbage except for maybe one of them so it will probably do her good to get away from them. however, my mom said that when she confronted natasha, she didn't even blink an eye at everything my mom said to her. i can't even believe this is happening.
