Later that day I got to thinking about relationships. There are those that open you up to something new and exotic, those that are old and familiar, those that bring up lots of questions, those that bring you somewhere unexpected, those that bring you far from where you started, and those that bring you back. But the most exciting, challenging and significant relationship of all is the one you have with yourself. And if you can find someone to love the you you love, well, that's just fabulous.
I'm pretty sure this is one of my favorite quotes ever. Since I was thinking about it I figured I'd post it here as my daily post. In case you all haven't figured it out, I'm trying to be much better about posting more often, I'm aiming for daily. I think I've been doing pretty good for the last week. Granted, nothing that I've been posting it telling you all much about my daily life, but it does give you a glimpse of what's going on in my mind. And let me tell you, things that are going on in my mind are way more interesting than my day to day ho hum life. :)
It's to bed for me. I'm up way later than usual since I don't have to work my 6am shift in the morning. Hopefully that means I'll be able to make my own coffee tomorrow rather than run by starbucks. It's amazing. I've been making my own coffee every morning for the last week or so and today, I woke up too late to make coffee so I stopped by starbucks and whatever I got (a white chocolate mocha) was way too... I don't even know. At first I thought it was too sweet, then I thought it was too thick, and finally I decided it was just too much not my coffee that I make every day and stick my coffee mate in and feel like I'm taking a small sip of heaven whenever I drink it. Crazy, huh? Who knew that I would actually like my coffee from home more than the gourmet coffee from starbucks?
I'm really going to sleep now. Nighty night and sweet dreams.
