Well, you see, thing is Anairë, you're having a baby AND you're getting divorced which are stressful enough in themselves, I'm not sure it's a good idea to add house hunting your stresses right now.
Think about it, you've got to tramp around looking at properties, deal with bullshitting estate agents telling you that cramped little hovel is *airquotes* "cozy and rustic," even if you find a place you like you've got to get a survey, possibly haggle over the price unless it's a auction which is a whole different kettle of stress, then you've got to get a soliciter to deal with the conveyancing AND THEN there's always the possibility of being gazumped, don't get me started on gazumping...*breathes*
I realise that, I'm not saying move in until the end of time and fill my house with your offspring, I'm just saying that it's probably a good idea to wait for a bit.
