somewhat spoiler-ish to comic
since i can, i'll put his role into depth a little.
basically, he's a "reaper", but not..not really. what he does is different. :( when someone is going to die within a week, he will appear and follow them until that death finally comes up... and normally, he can't be seen or heard, but annie's a weirdo and can see him. and hear him. you don't get to know why yet. >:|
so, finally, that person he's following dies, and he does his "job": he tells them that they have one wish before they die. basically, he's saying that dying lovers have the most boring wishes (since they're all "<3tellsoandsothey'reamazinglol*dies*").
so no, he doesn't do any "deliveries". he just shows up, grants a wish, and the person is dead and gone. no, no heaven in this story. (i'm personally not religious and don't believe in an afterlife anyway e3e'.)
