I. There were not one, but TWO articles in the paper today about the Facebook community created to protest Harper's decision to prorogue Parliament for the next two months. According to Environment Canada's forecast, the temperature today is not expected to rise above -20, with a windchill making it feel like -39 in the morning and -30 in the afternoon. The city issues a frostbite warning when a windchill of -35 or colder is predicted, because at those temperatures, exposed skin can freeze in as little as 10 minutes. ( Read more... )
