YOU KNOW I SHIP IT LIKE BURNING BUT I JUST CAN'T WITH THE VAMPIRE JUMP. And I feel so sorry for the actors and directors and everyone involved with the scene.

The jump was not my favorite...I honestly thought like he'd compel the guard to operate the machine and they'd simply get in and ride to the top. But, that didn't play out that way.

And: if my mind wants to continue past that scene and hypothesize the wild makeout that followed, maybe them jumping into the bucket scene is worthwhile, lolol.

But everything he did before that--waking her the way he did (that was sexy as hell, why didn't she just pull him in the bed with her...oh i guess that's just what i would do), and then saying that line, and then the "It's good to see you laugh"?! Oh that put me over into sugar coma. Soooo SWEET. SOOOOO SWEET.

Love that scene. Wish they didn't cut when they did, lol.

That would have been so much better and less cringe-worthy. 90 percent of the time Stefan and Elena manage to stay on the right side of the cute/cheesy line but every once in a while they creep over.

Aw yeah! And I love that he leaves her alone for a few hours to cool down before giving her a nice gesture to remind her why they keep fighting. Overall it's a sweet scene BUT OMG THE JUMPING DID THEY HAVE TO WHYYYYYY. D:

Oh my god the line about "this is the moment your boyfriend told you that he loves you?" LOL IT IS SO AWFUL, THAT DEFINITELY CROSSES THE LINE MAKE IT STOP.

I think you're right about him being a cornball, though. We had that flashback where he had that stupid speech to Katherine about how she was an angel which lol Stefan. He's such a romantic at heart.
