30 Days of Who Meme: Day 04 Favourite Doctor
THINGS I APPROVE OF:
-The weather has finally cooled off so I might actually sleep tonight which will be nice.
-_thirty2flavors came over for the first time since I left for Europe and it was nice to catch up. I brought her a Tenth Doctor action figure from England (from me and Opal). It's right after he's been mauled by a tiger fallen through a glass roof so there are... like... fake blood cuts on his face and his suit is torn up and everything. She was appropriately amused.
-We ordered Chinese food and it was DELICIOUS. I am so glad I was finally able to satisfy that craving. I think I inhaled it in ten minutes flat, omg.
THINGS I DO NOT APPROVE OF:
-The cat does not appear to respond to being sprayed in the face with water. However, I am giving him a wide berth and have not been attacked since Tuesday morning. So that's good. I am however fretting over the continued existence of the fish.
-OC transpo buses. Why are you the way you are.
Anyway, I have today's yesterday's Who meme to post.

I think it’s probably not a secret that Ten is unabashedly my favourite. I liked Nine and I adore Eleven, but whenever I read the words “the Doctor,” Ten is who I’m going to think of and hear in my head. :D
I loved every moment of Ten’s character arc - from falling in love with Rose, to his suffering in S3, to his darkly screwed up relationship with the Master, to being BFFs with Donna, to snapping in Waters of Mars, and to his refusal to slip quietly into the night in The End of Time. I think, when dealing with a character like the Doctor, RTD could have chosen to keep him static and firmly in that mentor/alien role, but instead Ten loved and lost people; he suffered and he changed as a character through each series of the show. He wasn’t always right and he wasn’t always good to the people he travelled with, but I loved him more because of it.
Plus he’s just so pretty is the thing. I MEAN, LOOK AT HIM ANGST:
