Suggestions?
So, as some of you know, I have my Sherlock fanfiction organized within what I call my Operating System Universe. It's in these categories:
1. "Writing" (childhood)
2. "Deleting" (adulthood to meeting John)
3. "Defragmentation" (meeting John to John's marriage)
4. "Partitioning" (separation from John due to his marriage)
5. "Information Restore" (reconnecting with John to John's death)
6. "Corruption" (post-John's death).
I would like to write something parallel. I don't mean there would be a section for every one that Sherlock has. The time periods would be as follows:
1. Childhood/youth
1A. Med school? (I think not, but haven't thought it through completely to say there would not be this time)
2. Army
3. Sherlock
4. Married life
5. Old age with Sherlock (beginning post-death of his wife)
I think I would want the metaphor to be military. Was thinking something to do with military ranks, but not sure how/if that would work. But I'd really like to find _something_
