Drabble for July prompt #15 at watsons_woes . We were supposed to correct something. The one thing that irked me in Sherlock, was an apparent inconsistency between the blogs online and the show. In the blogs, Molly comments on John's blog several times, but in TGG, she doesn't know his name. I tried to explain this inconsistency. Dunno if that came through ( Read more... )

Makes perfect sense!
I'm ashamed that as many times as I've watched all the episodes _and_ read the blogs, including every last comment, it never occurred to me that something was off. I won't worry about it now, though: you've cleared the matter up perfectly. :)

Haha! I'm a slightly insane OCD type person. I am also annoyed because I don't think Sherlock's comment on John's blog works date-wise with him just complaining to John for the first time about it. I actually just now in my head came up with an explanation for it. Maybe another drabble. :-P

(I should add, not being nearly so observant, the only thing that bugged me with the blogs was that the writing style didn't seem up to par! John's blog ought to be a very well-written blog, even if he did start it grudgingly. But I'm not sure even a burst of drabble-form genius ret-con could satisfy me on that front!)

How can you come up with so many constantly good fics? This does not seem human, and its certainly not fair. I have zero talent for fics clearly you stole it all.

Thank you! I'm so glad you like my fics. I do come up with plenty of doozies, believe me... but I generally relegate them to the graveyard of WHAT WAS I THINKING?!?!? (and I did publish one out of necessity a few weeks ago... :-( )... so my lj presents me as a bit better than I actually am. Hehe!
