Post five things you enjoy, even when no one around you wants to go out and play. What lowers your stress/blood pressure/anxiety level? Post it to your journal, and then tag 5 friends and ask them to post it to theirs.
1. Zero 7. Plain and simple it will physically remove any stress. Im suprised its not on Pete's list.
2. Photography - both with the cam and messingaround with some shots from the digi.
3. Txtng sum1
4. A quality DVD (Pulp fiction, American Beauty etc)
5. Some interweb surfing.
