(no subject)
okey dokey I'm haven't updated again for a long time but I just want to say this sophmore year sucks, okay but we did try outs again for field commander but the kicker was we got to direct the band, and we had switched the numbers around so if you went first last time (me) you went last, if yu went 2nd you went 3rd get it so the first person went up and after she came back she said she was so scared and nervouse that even her feet were trembling and the other two guys were okay I really couldn't see them then it was my turn I went out there called the band to attention then to horns up and started to count off the song we were directing started off with just percussion playing and so while they were doing that I forgot to count and was still directing the drummers after the band started to play so I had to turn around and act like I didn't mess up but other than that I only got off once and my cuts and dynamics were okay but afterwards I talked to our drum major of last year and he said I did really good and then the guy who does the judgeing said dthat I was muched improved so I think I did a really good job.
