I never said I didn't like him. Think he might have sworn at me once, but I never said I had anything against birds in general.

Unless you want him to swear at you. Which is also entertaining. And since you aren't a first year, I don't think the professors will care as much.

But in any case, he learned those words when I was fourteen. No need to feel as if you have an amazingly elevated sense of humour. It's all in good fun.
