(no subject)
i'm officially apartment hunting. there are 2 apartments that i really like and believe it or not, willa is going along with them. i was worried because there's a broker fee and i didn't think she would be too fond of that. but she likes both of the ones i brought her to. one is right next to the express train, it's currently being gut renovated so everything will be brand new (stainless steel appliances!) and there's laundry in the basement. and my room would be super awesome, but it doesn't have a closet, i'd have to use the hall closet. the only thing is the other bedroom is a little small. with the other one, it's not as close to the train, but it's on a really quiet block, and it's big, with big windows, and both of the rooms are about the same size, and both of them have big closets. and there's no laundry in the building. decisions decisions. they're both about the same price too, so that's not even a factor. so yea, i'm totally confused, and willa is totally confused. we don't know which one to go with, but i think we're both leaning towards the smaller one that's much more convenient. any advice anyone?
