I want to make something for the KASF that I am attending this Saturday. I will be signing with Alle Psallite (local SCA choir) but we are performing only one piece and not competing. So mostly I will just be standing around, which if what I read, was a lot of what court was about.
But still, I want to bake something, or sew something, or do something period that will enhance my SCA participation. I only have a few days left as I had to work all weekend (a necessary evil - and I was sick all weekend as well, so it was certainly evil).
I might volunteer to sit at the Embroidery Guild table for an hour or so, but I don't have anything on display, and I don't have a lot of historical knowledge, . . .so I know my role will probably be to sit, smile, and take up space.
I know I was told not to jump in too fast with the SCA-stuff, but there must be some small project I can do before then and now.
