I in the US and I work at Borders. I rarely buy CDs when they first come out but I got their new album along with Erykah's and they are both great. I didn't listen to any of the songs when they leaked online. I watched the A&E video once. I just wnted it it be a surprise I guess ;-) I am blown away by how amazing this new album is!

So far, I think the new album is good, not great. Some of the songs, I absolutely LOVE; others don't really inspire me. Then again, I've been hanging around on a music forum (not Goldfrapp related) where there are several Goldfrapp fans, and they've been creaming their jeans over Alison & the new album for months. I guess I was kind of tired of all the expectation and admiration before the album was even released, which may be effecting my state of mind.
