Our Heroine: Ha ha! At last I've tracked you to your lair, you dastardly villain!
The Villain: Not so fast, you meddling wench! For I have discovered your weakness - yes, the one thing that can destroy you!
Our Heroine: *gasp* You wouldn't dare!
The Villain: Oh, but I would! Bwa ha ha! Behold my Secret Weapon!
The Secret Weapon: Baaaaa.
Our Heroine: Gah! Nooooo! Aaaaaaugh! *dies*
The Secret Weapon: Baa?
Massive allergic reaction to wool yesterday. The 2 patients responsible had even removed their sweaters, but the Evil Sheep Residue left on their undershirts was enough to bring about the worst hives ever, as well as some asthmatic symptoms, which I had not previously experienced. So, went to the doctor today ("You have to avoid contact with wool") who prescribed an inhaler and some allergy pills. Yay.
ETA 1/16: Well, there's the insomnia cured. This antihistimine says "may cause drowsiness", but I think they should revise it to state "will knock you out so hard you won't wake up for 12 hours, and then will fall asleep again right after breakfast." Whee. Fortunately I don't have any appointments until this evening. I think caffeine may be indicated.
