Dear Diary.
My entire life I have always dreamed and daydreamed of Pegasus, one of the gods of ancient Greek mythology.
What if he were real. What if I could draw him.
My entire life has had this little part of myself to figure out and do a proper portrayal of the great, flying stallion. I have searched and seekthought and always kept eyes open for him. He has come to me in smaller ways, such as my amazingandloving Thunder and, of course Tonka but do not take me wrong.
I have never seen Pegasus portrayed right, even the so-called greatest artists, poets and philosophers in human history and yet many a school-girl or boy understands exactly. Wings are not right or too small or from the side ribs. No, shoulders. Perhaps more real than art can give the best pose or composition.
The great, flying stallion horse in all his glory. This is why I recently spent hundreds of dollars of wonderful canvasses and oil paints and brushes.
I will do my best. Oh, he will be Palomino. His ancient name is Imperator.
