[Fortunately Data didn't actually feel the need to post during the flood, as he actually didn't feel that much different from usual. He had been watching the network however, and on his way back down from the deck when he realizes Harper's inmate has... probably been left tied up because the Barge has no security force.
He rolls his eyes upward and puts his journal away in his coat, and heads over to the greenhouse, where he catches sight of a neatly bound "cobra commander".]
Hold still. [He grabs the sides of the batcuffs and pulls them apart. Now he just has to undo these knots.]

[Supposing that its been long enough since the embarrassing incident in the art room (and Holmes may need the distraction from having become the mouse), Data stops by his hero's room.]
Mr. Holmes? [He calls reluctantly, before knocking on the door.]
