[Leto's dragged his aunt back from the desert and they both look a little the worse for wear. She's crazy and incoherent, mumbling things, he's tired and would be sweaty if he still could do that. Alia's slung over his shoulders in a parody of affection. Two crysknives dangle at his waist, hers and his own. Anybody here? Maybe a doctor? Better yet

What happened!?

Inherited...psychosis. It runs in our family. She only needs a place to recover.

Over here then! I can give you one of the rooms at the very back where it'll be more private. [leads the way] Is there anything else you or she needs?

[Well. He doesn't know his name. Anyway he drops Alia on the bed before setting himself up at a chair just outside the room. Aww look at that he's keeping watch over her like a good nephew. And making sure he's there if he has to kill her, natch.]

Pain surging through her head as the Baron fills her vision. Instead of screaming, Alia bites her lips and trys to back away from the vision only she can see this causes her to tumble off the bed and onto the group with a solid thump. Hands over her ears she stars blankly at the place in the air from where the baron looks down at her with a kind smile.]
...Go away...
[looking around, trying to figure out where she is. This isn't the desert!!]
Leto? Leto!

Calm yourself. I brought you to the clinic.

I...I'm alright...
[Putting her hands on the ground, slowly, she pushes up to sitting position. Running a hand through hair nervously, her mind trying to remember everything that had happened. The things she had seen, the things she wasen't able to see... The glimpses of a dozen futures that laid out before her, they had been so fleeting, but snipplets of memory remained, tattered from the storm of inner turmoil.]
T.. thank you.
[Dropping her eyes away, Alia felt ashamed... ]
I was sure... I was sure this time, I could do it. That... maybe with out the.. turmoil of home, the weight of... everything, that I would see clearly... I didn't mean... I was only trying to find a way for... us...

Did you see it? [He's wanting to appear calm but excitement is overtaking him.] The Golden Path, did it show itself to you?!

It was only a light in the darkness... to far away to full grasp it. They didn't... they Didn't want me to see it.
[Now her voice was a bit more confident, retelling what she had felt. But surely Leto had only to swim through his own mind to understand her natural mannerisms. At moments like this, she did not hold herself back, with B. G. talents, since arriving here, she had been finding it much easier to just... let it show.]
But it was not the kind of answers was hoping for...

Then you are not entirely devoid of the family curse. Beware that. And beware answers. When you were in the desert, you must have seen that too: Answers are seldom easy, and those which are tend to be traps.
[His gaze is thoughtful and contemplative. He is listening for the other inhabitants of the clinic but so far they all seem to be asleep or at least quiet. What would they make of this conversation?]
The Malnosso are searching desperately for answers and look what it has made them into.

From the moment you told me what I would become... I've been trying everything to avoid it. I.. I learned to cook.
[Alia sank down onto the bed, still unsure how long her knees would hold her.]
I wasn't trying... I only wanted... to see if there was some way to protect you... so we could be... together.
I don't want to... make the same mistakes.

You may not entirely be on the right path, but you are heading in the right direction. You will probably win this fight. [Fremen do not encourage. Encouraging the hopeless can mean the death of the tribe. So what he says is his honest opinion.]

[shakes her head a rubs her temple in way to familiar to both of them.]
He makes them quiet, if i silence him... I'll be over run with voices. How..
[ She looked Leto in the eyes, desperation faintly sounding in her voice, in her eyes.]
If you feel you must do this thing... and I cannot save you, like I could not save my brother... than can you show me how you and your sister avoided... abomination.

He's not the only one who can help you. Who were you too proud to call upon before?
[And with that he's gone.]
