In answer to the concern of the people over werewolf-related incidents in the city, the Hour's department of Innovation has been working on and just recently finished their creation of amulets specifically designed to suppress the effects of the full moon, thanks to some excellent research and some magical theory. In truth, I feel quite silly it hasn't been thought of sooner, it's quite an old concept. I've no doubt the department will be busy working on other such precautions for those of our population that wish to live a little more [pause] peacefully, should they desire it.
