I do not see any reason to trust people with an eternal source of fire. Especially in such a city as Tyrol, which has been built up cramped with many wooden structures set to go ablaze at the mere thought of a dropped candle.

That would only lead the Hour into another mad endeavor trying to discover a way to put out a fire that cannot go out.

Maybe we could invent a fire that won't catch!

I'm sure there is a pyromaniac or two that would be interested in taking on the challenge... or perhaps not? I do not know if they would take to the idea of limiting fire's capablities.
