Maire, I think, is a Ravenclaw (despite a larger meanstreak than she'd like to admit, when it comes to people who've messed with things she cares about). She's quiet, she likes legends, books, and poetry and even though she's an empath, she doesn't really understand people. She spends too much time in her own head hypothesizing about why things are the way they are.

Hollis is harder. I think at her core she's a Gryffindor, and I'll use her relationship with Dominic to highlight that -- she's intensely loyal to him because she believes he's intrinsically good (she does not have the same loyalty to her father as she does to her brothers). She makes decisions on the fly and tends to rush into things, and even though she sometimes delights in being snarky and/or mean, it's usually that the people she picks on are the ones she likes the most (as the other ones she'd just punch in the face or whatever and be done with it). She's not ambitious, but she's not a helper, either, and she doesn't give a fuck about the pursuit of knowledge for its own sake, so.
