Your characters are off to Hogwarts, and they've got the option of being sorted into Gryffindor, Ravenclaw, Hufflepuff, or Slytherin. Or, you could always just be one of those creepy centaurs living in the Forbidden Forest with the spiders and the unicorns.

i'm forever a slytherin, so i have a feeling most my characters will mostly be, too. i'll give them combination houses to make it a little more interesting.

haru, however, is totally a hufflepuff. all she wants is to help. she's definitely a follower. but, then, neville is a gryffindor, so maybe she's a huffledor. she's tough beneath all the self-esteem issues and guilt.

predominantly a slytherin. she is a 'the ends justify the means' type of person because of the way she was raised. you can't be made a religious leader at twelve and avoid having your thinking changed. moirine will do whatever she has to in order to protect the people she cares about, even if it means hurting them. she's also incredibly selfish. i can't say which trait's more dominant. idk, i play this girl by the seat of my pants.

if she'd never been made the occia, she'd be a hufflepuff, through and through. she's so naive and desperate to just learn how to have fun. she wants everyone to be happy, laugh and feel important. the part of her that still feels that way is what fuels cerys. so slytherpuff!

HELLO MEET THE HEAD OF RAVENCLAW. (it's also great because angel is fancast as rowena ravenclaw a lot). i almost can't think of another house she'd belong to. possibly gryffindor. she sees goodness in most everyone but will charge into battle like harry when she thinks you've outstayed your welcome. ravendor!

ack, shiri's difficult. i'd have to go with gryffindor, since she's got no real ambition, no interest in learning and is too self-interested to be a hufflepuff. she's interpersonally courageous, but she's sorta indestructible and can never be truly physically courageous. she's definitely reckless, but, uh, again, when there's not much risk involved, it doesn't count. she does champion people, though, and enjoys the feeling of a job well done.

secondary house would probably be slytherin. idk she has that 'everyone who isn't one of us is an enemy' mindset, be it about others or inanna's staff. shiri's more the malfoy's brand of slytherin. gryffinrin. wow, that portmanteau's ugly.

ishmael is also tricky. as a bharquite, he's already got a few traits that point him to slytherin. he tries to be cunning, is ruthless to a point and, before his wife died and his sister crushed his spirit, he was full of ambition. however, he's such an academic that i feel he might be better suited towards ravenclaw. he's definitely more booksmart than streetmart. if you brokered a deal that ensured the safety of his family and the opportunity to spend the rest of his life reading, he'd probably take it. i also see ravenclaws as very condescending and arrogant in their own way, which ishmael most definitely is. i figure he's a ravenrin. these are just getting uglier and uglier

also a cosimo squib by process of elimination. he can join davie at the 'i have no strengths' table.

i suppose he'd have to be a hufflepuff. he doesn't have the intelligence or resourcefulness to be a ravenclaw or a slytherin. when he does fuck people over, it's out of personal weakness rather than maliciousness. he doesn't enjoy seeing anybody else in a tight spot. also, he doesn't care much about furthering himself, he's just impulsive and easily influenced. elia isn't hard-working at all these days, but he did work like a dog when he ran the family shop. he believes in honesty rather than sparing feelings, which seems like a gryffindor trait, but that boy is not brave in the least. all in all, i'd say he was a hufflepuff with a teeny bit of gryffindor in him.

gryffindor, all the way. though she might come across as slytherinish, she's headstrong and courageous and believes in always doing (what she considers) the right thing. whereas allen would go into the grounds during riots and plague season to help because he a) felt it his duty and b) had no regard for himself, pearle goes for the rush. it's selfish and a bit spiteful (take that, dad), but risking her life to save another's almost gives her a high. it's the only thing in her life that makes her feel important. in the last game i played her in, she was afraid of everything. in this one, though, she's older and wants to be the person others fear. her drive to be a cancellarius stems from that. she's not all that religious, doesn't really hate Others, but this is the path she's on and it's too late to turn back now. that stubbornness also seems particularly gryffindor.
