Rhys on the WhispersnottospeakofNovember 14 2011, 10:34:16 UTC
The Whispers are a family to Rhys, and, more critically, he doesn't believe he can fit in anywhere else. The Whispers value him, and he can be useful not just in spite of but sometimes because of his muteness. He'd like to learn to take even more advantage of that and make it a strength, too

Ambrosine's PlanswayshapeorformNovember 14 2011, 10:38:53 UTC
Ambrosine has been spending most of her time hovering around Almira's place, hoping to sneak in and be there for when the baby's born. She doesn't know the entire truth to Almira's fears, but Ambrosine has transformed magical creatures before and apparently didn't learn her lesson the first time. (Ambrosine is still of the opinion what she did wasn't the mistake-- what she FAILED to do was.) She thinks Almira is super keen and willing to do any favors that might keep Almira and her baby safe, even if that turns out to be changing the hair and eye color to hide paternal links and not because oops that baby has fins.
Ambrosine also tried to track down the Tyrol unicorn hunters, but I don't know if she found them. If she did, they're woodland creatures now. It's okay, they're probably happier. If not, she's still on the look out for those jerks.
