re Grounds:
Cita hasn't done any purging since Gladios and the Guard have heightened their presence. Tobias has warned him and the rest of the Cancellari, and Cita would have picked up on their thoughts quickly besides. He'll continue to heal and teach, though.
re Allen:
After Allen's death, Cita will gather the congregation and announce to them Allen's sins, that he kept Moirine The Occia by killing any potential Occias, that he laid with her and that Moirine is not the Final Bride. Also that he will not be trying to find who the real Occia is right now, that they should focus on the city and the Others tarnishing it. He will tell his Priests and Initiates not to go to the Grounds as the gang activity there has increased.
As for the actual death, Cita will explain that Allen had come to turn himself in and asked for justice. The question of his body, should it arise, is answered simply with, "It has been taken care of." He will sound regretful during this, but unwavering.
Allen's return and death will noticeably affect Cita. He will be a bit withdrawn, in what he might consider mourning of the loss of the person he thought Allen to be, but he won't say that to anyone. Cancellari might notice him being agitated one day, but then the next he'll get down into business mode and discuss very plainly when he aims to attack the Vanjalists and how he plans to do it.
Info on the GH siege, which is gearing to happen on the 30th, 1st, or 2nd, is under the cut.
Cita will set out, taking the Civitates willing to fight by his side and half of the building of the Citadel. His number will total 30~40, including the Cancellari. He will not take William as William is not a fighter, but he will expect Marcine, Tobias and Zafer to accompany him. This will have consequences for those characters -- death while fighting, or being arrested afterward, or having to live as a fugitive are possibilities -- so if you don't want that to happen let me know so we can get your Cancellari out of the siege.
When he summons the Citadel to go with him, the walls will become malleable. The portion that follows him will pull away, leaving the grounded Citadel's interior temporarily exposed. The grounded Citadel will seal itself up into a teardrop-like shape with a ring around it. The interior design will change as many rooms will have up and left; new beds, chairs etc will replace some of them. The upper portion of the Citadel will have alternating patterns of latticed teardrop-shaped openings so that light and ventilation may pass through, but there are no other windows or exits. Cita has left the remaining Citadel secured from any possible intruders.
When Cita begins to fall, cracks that mirror on his body will also begin to appear in the grounded Citadel. When Cita falls, the cracks will open out into unconventional windows and exits to the outside.
The Citadel that follows Cita will flow and float in the streets, swimming between Cita and those who follow him. Attacks will be met with the Citadel knocking one down, suffocating one it is a macrophage, or spearing one right through the body -- human and Other alike. In regards to humans, he will only attack those who try to stop him and will order his followers to do the same.
When he gets close to the Golden Hour, an assigned watchperson will alert the Hour of Cita's approach. The watchperson can either be an NPC or a PC, preferably someone who can see really far or can see from above. This will be your chance to remove your character from the Hour if you don't want them to get boxed in with a bunch of loonies set on killing them. Remaining in the Hour doesn't guarantee death, but it'll be difficult to remain completely unscathed.
Cita will be on the Hour within the next several minutes. There, the Citadel will encircle the entire property of the Hour and spread itself over it, like a globe, trapping whoever was still inside the Hour inside with Cita and his followers, and preventing anyone else from getting in. A group against the slaughter will begin efforts to ram the Citashell. The escaped Vanjalists, the Guard, PC or NPC or both, Inanna's, whoever. For the first twenty minutes the Citashell will not give.
At that point, the majority of the manpower will switch over to his followers and himself. The Citadel will, at times, shoot out to protect Cita's followers, but its main role will be defense. He will keep a small portion of the Citadel on him as his weapon. At this point in time wounds heal in a blink of an eye on him. For the first twenty minutes, it will seem as if all the Others and Vanjalists trapped will certainly die.
After twenty minutes, things change. Cita's violence has stirred the already simmering doubt in the city to his divinity, and now the doubt is reaching a peak he cannot escape. His god-like powers will begin to melt away from him.
Ramming of the Citashell (as well as any other force attacks on it) will produce a tiny crack. Inside the Hour, this crack will reflect itself on Cita's body. Each strike against the Citashell will mirror on Cita; the growing cracks on the Citashell grow likewise on him. The Citashell will lose its abnormal strength, reverting to mundane material.
It will take another twenty minutes for the crack to become large enough for someone like Rasmus to fit through, thirty for a group of people to fit through at once. Every bit of the Citashell that crumbles off is a part of Cita that crumbles off. By the thirty minute mark, Cita will have crumbled completely and ride the breeze, glittering brightly.
The inside of the property will be riddled with the dead, dying and injured. The Citashell will remain in the position it was right up to Cita's destruction. All the Others and Allen and whoever else Cita has disposed of by Citadel-phagocytosis (everyone he's killed basically) will pour out of the Citadel or the Citashell in the state they were engulfed. Allen will come out of the former. Enjoy your corpses, Civitates.
Summary:
@0 min: Cita begins siege of the Golden Hour
@20 min: Citashell begins to give, Cita degrades
@40 min: Citashell gives way to a Rasmus-sized gap, Cita continues to degrade
@50 min: Rasmus-sized gap enlarges to Rasmus-and-Emolion-x2-sized gap, Cita explodes in a burst of confetti, corpses engulfed by Citadel are released
This will happen during the late-afternoon.
