Where to post:
All in-character first person posts should be made in the
RPG community. All in-character third person posts should be made in the
logs community. Formatting:
Ledger posts are first person entries written in the ledgers distributed by the Golden Hour. They are interconnected, therefore everyone with a ledger will see and may respond to entries. However, entries can be filtered in the following ways:
[Filter: Annabel] - Only Annabel and the person who wrote the entry can see it.
[Filter: The Citadel] - Only members of the Citadel and the person who wrote the entry can see it.
[Filter: Private] - Only the person who wrote the entry can see it.
Filters must be specific. If a character writes [Filter: my friends] or [Filter: my dad], the ledger will not know who they mean and the entry will be public.
Anything that can be imprinted onto a physical page is acceptable for the RPG comm. Examples of this could be water stains, writing, or drawings. To denote things other than writing, use the following format:
[ A water stain darkens the top half of the page. ]
Others viewing a wet page will be able to feel that it is, in fact, wet, but none of the other pages in their ledger will be affected by it.
Tagging:
Please tag any posts your character makes or responds to with their name. If it's your first time posting as that character, let a mod know and we'll add it to the list for you.
Logs:
Logs are to be in the third person and in past tense. They must be finished before being posted to the logs community. They can contain any number of characters and should be tagged in the same way as ledger posts. Please put logs behind a cut with the following summary outside the cut:

Rating & Warnings:
Rating and Warnings:
The Golden Hour has an R rating. What this means:
* Violence is acceptable
* Language is acceptable
* Sexual content is acceptable
However, we draw the line at pornography. Your characters may talk about sex, reference it, whatever you like, but save actually writing out sex scenes for your own time. If your characters are about to have sex in the log, please write [Fade to black] and either end the log or continue once they've finished.
As for warnings, we ask that you put warnings on logs with graphic violence and things that you think might trigger another player, such as domestic abuse or implied non-consensual sex.
