The man who looks like a clown is called Kefka, and if he hasn't turned up again it's because he doesn't want to be found. Be careful with him, Vash. He's not a nice man.

This is when you want to lock your entry completely.

This is when you want to lock your entry to just one or two people. You put their names where the gap is. And along the same lines:

[Even more written symbols slightly different to the last ones with another gap.]

This is when you want to lock your entry away from certain people. You put their names in the gap instead.

You can also lock your replies to people in the same way.
