The returned:
Rem
Nickname Pending
Rem is a very special person to Vash. Not only was she the one who taught him that no one has the right to take the life of another she also raised him and his brother as if they were ordinary kids. She never acted fearful and was always happy to play and answer their questions. She was the most important person in Vash’s world so losing her was devastating as a child. More so that it was because of his own brother. In Luceti Vash hopes to make up for that time they lost and will make sure no one can ever hurt her again.
Lilynette Nickname Pending
Vash met Lilynette during a love experiment and ended up falling madly in love with her. As the experiment went on Vash eventually told Lilynette the truth of what he is feeling it was only fair as they were getting pretty close. So far she’s the only one he’s told in Luceti. Considering what a large secret she’s keeping even after the experiment has ended he feels like he can trust her. There was a bit of awkwardness after it ended - what with the whole falling in love with someone you just met and telling them something you never talk about with anything else mess, but they have remained friends. He’s still getting to know Lilynette better, but it’s someone Vash feels safe around and already considers a good friend.
Sagara Sanosuke Nickname Pending
Sano is a little sneak and managed to get pretty far with Vash quickly. Sano is rough around the edges, but Vash can see that deep down he means well and cares. Vash appreciates that, HOWEVER, Vash does NOT appreciate his apparent need to squirm his way into ALL of his problems. He’s worried Sano is going to rush off and get himself hurt.
He doesn’t blame him for what happened already with Knives and Legato - it was an experiment and things are crazy, but it does make him worry. Sano seems to Vash the kind that likes to act first and think later and with quick thinkers like Legato and Knives it’s a good way to end up dead.
Naoki Nickname Pending
Vash’s first real meeting with Naoki happened in the
closed space event. They spent some time together and were able to give each other company when they both really needed it. Even if Vash was good at giving Naoki heart attacks during most of the time together. Even if the memory of those times together is a bit of a haze like a forgotten dream Vash still feels close to Naoki. Underlining feelings of relief and worry that he can’t quiet explain anymore come up when he sees him.
Mayoi Nickname Pending
Vash really hates the idea that the Malnosso brought childern here to be experimented on, so if he can fix some of that by being entertaining to you he's happy to fill that role. Even if it's playing some pranks on each other and getting beat on now and then.
He's also glad that they're neighbors now. He can keep an eye on you if you need help in a sneaky type of way. He gets the feeling you're the type that would be too proud to ask for help.
So while these two usually bicker at each other, Vash does care quiet a lot about her.
Stitch
Nickname Pending
Stitch is the weirdest dog like… thing Vash has met. So very childlike and seemingly innocent. Vash still hasn’t seen the full scope of what Stitch can do - but has learned Stitch needs to learn tact when it comes to going up against super villains.
Dilandau
"Commander"
Their first meeting didn’t go very well. Dilandau seems a bit too quick tempered, which could have been the alcohol, but Vash doesn’t think so. Then to top it off he dragged Vash into another fight with Yuber and seemed to enjoy it - at least at first. With how easily he talked about killing Vash is actually rather uncomfortable with him; but will still befriend him if he needs backup. For now at least. Now that Dilandau has killed for no other reason than personal gain for some sort of magic contraption, Vash thinks very little of Dilandau. He is a whiny, stuck-up child that Vash will have a hard time of ever forgiving.
Kefka
"Crazy Clown"
Vash isn’t sure what to think yet about Kefka. He knows he doesn’t like the man and he’s done some terrible things, but everyone deserves a chance to change. To fix their mistakes. Vash just doesn’t fully believe Kefka wants to change. It upsets Vash that he wasn't able to stop people from killing Kefka, but can understand everyone's reasons so doesn't hold any sort of grudge against them for doing so. Vash will do his best to keep a careful eye of Kefka and is unlikey to ever trust him.
Yazoo
"Teacher"
Vash first met Yazoo during an experiment. Yazoo taught him how to pick up women so Vash started calling him teacher, but all that quickly changed once the experiment ended and Yazoo soon after went on a murder spree when his brother Loz left Luceti. Vash can understand feeling hurt and left behind, but that’s the wrong way to go about it. While Vash doesn’t like Yazoo, he’d be a bit more willing to give him a second chance then to most of the killers he’s met in Luceti.
Aku
"Master"
Vash first met Aku briefly when he first came to Luceti and declared himself ruler. Vash was trying to get a feeling of how serious this man was - and fearing it was very - when Yuber showed up so Nami knocked him out and dragged him away before he could get into a fight. Later Aku tried to threaten Vash into killing someone or he’d kill two of his friends, Vash managed to cry his way into having to steal Simon Belmont’s whip instead - which Vash didn’t do anyway. He did try to trick Aku into thinking he did and was attacked, but allowed to escape. Since Aku kidnapped Nami Vash has grown to deeply hate the demon more than anyone else in Luceti as he can’t hit him. Uselessness is not something Vash is use to and being unable to protect and save his friends has rubbed him the wrong way. Because of this Vash has decided to still call Aku “Master” and try to get on his good side - until he can find a way to actually stop Aku and defend himself against him.
