Random update.
Hmm, I guess I could update this thing even if I said I wouldn't anymore. Lots of things have been happening lately.
First off, the most important thing that's going to affect my life: I was accepted into the University of Tampere to study English Philology. That means I'll be moving out as soon as I find an apartment, but it's near impossible to find a place to live right now. There are thousands of other students competing for those apartments as well, and I can't afford a pricey place anyway. Trying to hunt for a place to live is taking nearly all of my energy at the moment... and the rest is sapped by my job. I quit as soon as I found out I got into the university, but my contract won't be terminated till next Wednesday. Not so bad, I have three days of work, three days off left, but I feel like I'm coming down with something and I'm completely fed up with the job anyway. Meh.
Because I've been so busy, I haven't had much time to tend to my creative urges... or more accurately, those urges don't seem to exist anymore. It's been months since I was able to sketch anything halfway decent or write more than a few sentences at a time. It's bad, because I have this huge Tales of Symphonia Renegade trilogy epic in the works, and I still haven't finished chapter two of the first story (the wordcount for the first two chapters is about 11,000 words right now) even though I know what should be happening. Sigh. I was hoping to possibly write the second story as my NaNoWriMo fic, but it doesn't look like I'll even have time for NaNo this year. Humm.
