It worked like... this, right? Ah, yes-Hello! My name is Stella, and I arrived here in Luceti a couple of weeks ago. I was here once, some time ago... But I'm afraid I only remember very little from then. If you knew me, and I don't remember you, I... well, I suppose all I can say is "I'm sorry". And I'd like to get to know you all over again ( Read more... )

It might be a better question to ask if anyone hasn't run into anything unexpected here. At least, there would be fewer answers to go through.

Yes... There's a certain answer I'm searching for, yet... I'm not quite sure how to word my question in such a way.

[Voice] speaking of action should I reply to that thread in the last post? xelhes November 20 2010, 05:06:02 UTC
Oh, um. I guess you would want a lot of answers, then. ...I doubt "yes" is it.

[Voice] Of course! <3 goldenfirefly November 20 2010, 05:30:03 UTC
I think I'm looking for something more specific than that.

The electricity is a terrible thing. No, this is more... I don't know.

I'm really not going to be able to help you much if you can't explain what you want. [But if she can't word it, she can't help that. ...Sigh.] Maybe I should answer your other question...s, instead.

[Sorry, Fenimore, but it's a little hard trying to say that the sight of her own... daughter makes her want to run away sometimes.]

Please do!

[It's not something Fenimore has noticed yet. There had probably been a moment, when she had watched Stella and Sophie reunite, that it seemed like something was off, but that had passed when Stella had taken up the act of remembering and she had dismissed the thought. So she hasn't noticed that much.]

Ahhh, well...now that I think about it, it's not really an easy thing to answer right now. It's going to be a while before I stop resenting the snow. [Sigh.] But, well...I usually prefer to stay inside, but I used to go skating a lot back home. Then again, it didn't get quite so cold there as it does here.

You could go skating again! I'm sure this place carries ice skates somewhere.

It had better carry ice skates, or else I'll have to find someone who can make them. ...Have you ever gone skating before?

A few times, yes! I wouldn't consider myself very good at it, though... I much preferred to be under the water rather than tease myself by sliding all over the top of it.

If I could be swimming instead, I would certainly prefer that, too. In the winter, though...well, I wouldn't want to brag, but you won't find many people better than me when it comes to sliding over the top, as you said. [Total exaggeration. She was only pretty good back home and now she's out of practice. When she was really young, she was very good at sliding on the ice largely because she fell over a lot when she started.]

Then you wouldn't mind teaching me the finer points of it once the lakes freeze over, would you?

Of course not. I'd be glad to. Actually, I meant to take both you and Shirley down to the lake for skating last year, but then we all got sick when I was going to suggest it.
