L'Adventure 2
Last night was a much needed night out of the house. Luke took me out for cocktails and sushi at Wasabi Bistro (I <3 mojitos mucho mucho) then a nice walk along SeaHurst. On the topic of SeaHurst - so we found out there are a few beaches really close to my house. The other day I walked to one of em it's so close (I mean it was a nice walk, and comming back was a bitch uphill all the way but the point is it's close). SeaHurst is the big nice one - and I mean quite big and very very nice. When the tide is in there's sandy goodness up to the water - when it's out it gets a bit rocky but there are firepits, a terrace topped by a perfect row of grass and a walkway that are close enough to the water to be prime-time relaxing sites but far enough away to still have beach between it and the water. I plan on posting some pics of it. Also for a nice walk on the way there there is a lush green belt that puts "the adventure" to shame - so now Luke and I are formulating plans for a bbq in the summer on the beach, then back to our house for drinks, movies, video games, chit chat or whatever. Sound good? :)
