As far as I know, she's just waiting in the lobby for the boy to wake up. Catch her before he does, and you'll have a willing shinobi.

She's not from our world; but she is a shinobi in her own. I spoke to her briefly, and she doesn't have chakra control, so her signal is weaker.

She's also covered in blood; in case you need a pin point.
