Day 11, 8:12 am (Includes Day 10 timeline)
She wakes slowly, nestled deep in warm blankets and clutching a soft pillow against her chest. It was, to be sure, far more pleasant than the way she'd woken
the previous morning, and she snuggles deeper into the big, comfortable bed. One hand loosens from the pillow and she reaches out toward the other side of the bed, seeking the reassuring warmth of Yuuri beside her.
Yuuri is not there. Sitting up abruptly, she shivers a little at the touch of cool air as the blankets slither down around her waist. Wide eyes peer around the room, taking in the bright sunlight that filters through the large windows, but finding no sign of Yuuri. Left alone, she doesn't exactly know what to do with herself.
Biting her lip, she tries to remember the areas of the castle she'd seen the day before. There was the stretch of halls from Greta's room to where they had
the meeting, but she hadn't really paid much attention to details on the way there. After the meeting wasn't much better. She'd
followed Yozak back to the room, but again distraction had cost her any chance at remembering which hallways they had taken to get there.
Then, she had
changed her clothes and sat beside Yuuri until the other girl was again conscious. They had
spoken for a long time, some of what was said serving to ease her, other things just confusing her all the more. For a moment, she thinks about
the message Yuuri had received, but she still doesn't really understand it.
She and Yuuri had spoken some more, and then drifted off to sleep. Shortly after, she woke when
Anissina came to tell her goodbye. Remembering that fills her with sadness once again, and she rises slowly from the bed. She isn't looking forward to facing the day now that one of her few friends will be gone. Knowing that what Anissina is doing is probably for the best doesn't ease the loneliness of her absence.
She looks for something to wear, and has to settle on another large, well-worn shirt that hangs halfway down her thighs along with another pair of tightly belted and cuffed up blue pants. She can still find no shoes, but the floor is cold so she slides a pair of thick socks over her bare feet. Glancing around, she hopes to find something to keep her occupied for at least a little while.
Just then, her stomach growls loudly and she realizes that she had neglected to eat much of anything the day before. It seems that staying here won't be an option.
Easing the door open, she heads out in hopes of finding the kitchen. At the first branch in the hall, she pauses and stares uncertainly in each direction. Finally, she settles on taking the right-hand corridor, and sets off toward whatever waits ahead of her.
[OOC: Feel free to intercept a probably very lost Wolf if you like. Other than looking for food, she hasn't got any actual plans at present.]
