Ugh
Well. Things at work have been in unheaval since early February, so I've had to put my chapter writing on hold. By the time I get home, I'm mentally burnt out.
It's starting to improve a bit, though. I'm hopeful that I'll be able to get back at the story before I lose the plot entirely.
On the upshot, I was able to read Pat Rothfuss' latest book which was @1,000 pages. Took, what, four years for that one to make it to print?
And GRRM's new book is FINALLY due out in July...after a mere 5+ year wait.
So in the grand scheme of things, I suppose I'm not doing too bad if I can get this written in under a year, yeah? ;-P
