I sat through an hour of OC-filled crap last night. It made me want to shoot myself. (I'm allowed to say it is crap because I was born and raised in "the OC" - sweet God I hate that phrase. Everyone I know in California boycots it. Guh.)
But it was worth oh. OH! Was it worth it.
The Star Wars trailer was... amazing. I got a little teary eyed actually. What's that on my forehead you say? Oh yes, it's my "Certified DORK!NERD!FREAK" stamp. Thanks.
I'm seeing it on the big screen tomorrow with friends so I'll do a speal about it then. Squee.

I've posted the following on a few forums hoping someone can help, and shall do so here. FORWARD IT TO ANY OF YOUR GEEK BUDDIES please...!? I'll love you forever and buy you things if I can get my beloved computer up and going again. :
I'm hoping someone can help me with my Windows XP problem.
Windows won't start. It acts like it's booting up, I get the Windows XP screen, and then it starts all over again. I looked online and it said that I should create a quick boot disk (got it from http://www.bootdisk.com/bootdisk.htm ).
I've seen that some suggest to use the XP cd for some sort of repair/recovery, but my computer didn't come with it, so this (or the six disk download over at microsoft which I'll only use as a last resort) is my only option.
Now, my first question is , when I format the disk before extracting the files to it should I choose "Quick Format" or "Create MS-DOS Start Up Disk". I tried both and got - what seemed to be - better results with the ms-dos one. (?)
I put in the disk, and soon get a prompt that looks like A:/> (somethine like that) where I'm obviously supposed to type something in. I for the life of me can't figure out what...
I'm not so good with computer stuff outside of HTML and various coding, so the fact that I can't just fix this problem like I normally do anything else is very frustrating. Please help! lol Or point me in the direction of some place that can?
