As for Season 5 Buffy and Season 3 Angel I will have to look around.

Any Season Crossover Game: where_it_hurts is a post Season 4 Angel/post the Buffy series game. So, AU S5 Angel and what would be S8 for Buffy. And it also has some characters from Blade Trinity so its a triple threat. Buffy/Angel/Blade
