movies...and icons! :D
I watched Dr. No and From Russia With Love and have pretty much decided that Sean Connery is without a doubt my favourite Bond. So...icons!
Also, I watched You've Got Mail today (okay, and yesterday as well) because it's one of my absolute favourite movies, and I think I've figured out which is my favourite part of the movie: right near the end, where Kathleen is waiting in the garden for NY152, and then you hear Joe calling out 'Brinkley!' and Somewhere Over the Rainbow starts up...awwww. So lovely.
Yesterday I watched Big Stan purely because Jackson Rathbone is in it, and my god, he is so cute! The movie was okay, one of those comedies that basically depends on crude stuff to be funny, but...Jackson Rathbone. Mmm. It was kind of funny, because his character was the pretty boy in the jail (it's a prison movie basically) who everyone wanted to, well, rape. Which was funny because he is pretty and...yeah, i think I'll stop talking now.
I tried to watch New Moon, just flicking through it, but I gave up. That movie is just plain bad! It's horrible in every way you could imagine. I can't believe I used to (for a very very brief time) somewhat like the Twilight books. Eww. Some bits were kind of funny, though, like how Bella did something stupid and cut herself, so Jacob whips off his shirt to use it to stop the bleeding. LOL. Also, Edward was so WHITE. In a creepy way. He seriously looked like the Joker.
The best part of the movie was, of course, Jackson Rathbone. Mmm. I was definitely cheering when he tried to nom on Bella. Ha.
