Well, when I get all "OMG! My life sucks!/There's nothing to do in this freakin' town!/Why am I so unlucky?", you know, that kind of thoughts, I cheer up by eating massive amounts of... chocolate!

Look, I don't want to be the second Dr. Phil but why don't you try to improve the image you have of yourself?! It might help if you ACTUALLY do something to fight those feelings...
Try to be more positive because depressions?! They aren't childrens' play!
