Earthquakes are fun! I was lucky enough to experience the 1989 Loma Prieta quake. The power went out for three weeks, and my brother and I got out of school for the same length of time. We broke out the emergency generator and were the only house on our street with TV, which automatically put us at a higher rank than the Jones'. It was awesome. I'm angry at my parents for moving to Sacramento away from all the fault lines.

Fuck yes, that's exactly what is is. I don't recommend visiting the place while you're there. Stick to earthquake country.
