You know how people say everyone's nicer in Canada? Yeah, that's definitely true. When we were in Pittsburgh, we frequented a chocolate shop, where I purchased some Earl Grey dark chocolate by Jelina Chocolatier that is hands-down some of the best chocolate I have ever had. They're a Canadian company, don't ship to the US from their website, and I couldn't find any other online retailers. So I emailed them to find out if I could get a list of stores in the US that carry their chocolate, since Pittsburgh is, you know, five hours away.

I got an email back this morning, and it turns out that their chocolate is pretty much only sold in that store in Pittsburgh. They might be setting up a US distributer this fall...but in the meantime, he's going to ship me a few bars of chocolate (for free!) to tide me over until I can get some on my own.

That is above and beyond the call of duty, and also possibly the best customer service in the world. Dear Jelina Chocolatier: You are AWESOME.
