Now If Only I Could Force Myself to Clean....
You've got to love an afternoon of baking on a rainy day. I do enjoy chocolate-chip cookies.
I'll be making dinner a couple of nights this week, too, since mom'll be back to teaching now that their break's over. Tomorrow I'll make chicken breasts in apple cider and brown sugar (an experiment - hopefully it'll be good!), and since I won't actually be home for dinner either Wednesday or Thursday, it looks like Friday will be turkey casserole, which I've made before and is actually really good, especially when you consider that I generally don't even like casserole.
Now that I'm thinking about all this, I'm wondering if I should make banana bread tomorrow or Thursday. I think I may, but it depends on A) how many cups of chocolate chips we have left, B) how many bananas we have frozen, C) whether or not I can find the recipe.
I'm not generally this domestic, but that's okay. It's fun now and then.
